From 2014-15, a Survey Monkey Survey was emailed to all persons receiving copies of reports for whom email addresses were available, including parents, patients, referral sources and other involved professionals. The data below reflect the responses of the first 100 responders. In 2020-21, the same process was used to collect 69 responses via Google. The most recent survey included a question about the effectiveness of virtual contacts that were conducted over Zoom.

Dr. Callahan is a kind and caring person who was able to keep my child involved over a lengthy session.
Dr. Callahan and his office staff were very professional and responsive during the scheduling phase and after. Dr. Callahan was great with my 5 year old. The evaluation took place via the computer due to Covid but, it went just as well as it would've if we were in person. He was very patient and through. I highly recommend Dr. Callahan.
Dr. Callahan's reports are very accurate portrayals of the person being tested.
I have been referring clients to Dr. Callahan for the past 20 years. He writes a comprehensive evaluation that assists with treatment interventions and planning.

Dr. Callahan was great to work with, professional, and did great with speaking and building rapport quickly with the client! He was clear when presenting questions to the client, and was able to clarify when needed. The report was very detailed and covered all important points. The suggestions were also well listed and relatable to treatment in the future.
I was amazed that Dr Callahan was able to really capture who my son was in a virtual setting. He do an excellent job and was very thorough. I did not have any contact with the office and that is why I didn't answer question regarding the office or staff.
I found the questionnaire I was given to complete somewhat difficult. I felt that some questions were not easy to answer without an explanation.
